Supporting Livelihoods

Philip Morgan has lived in Marlborough for 30 years and has served the community as a police officer, as Gift Aid Secretary for Preshute Church and as a Cub Scout Leader with 2nd Marlborough Scout Group. He is the Director of Philip Morgan Driving Tuition Limited and is currently studying with the Open University doing a part-time BA(Hons) degree in International Studies.

Research Paper Extract

'... This report outlines the causes of poverty and inequality and how they are measured, and will demonstrate how the MBG can improve the livelihoods of women, in particular, by supporting a small business proposal using a capabilities approach.'
